The integrated distribution box is suitable for three-phase three-wire or three-phase four-wire power system with AC frequency of 50Hz, rated voltage of 400V and below, and rated current of 400A and below. It provides protection against overload, short circuit and leakage of the line. The product has the advantages of novel structure, beautiful appearance, convenient and reliable installation. The products are widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, shopping malls, hospitals, schools, high-rise buildings and other buildings. The products comply with national standards such as GB/T 7251.12-2013.
◎ 使用环境条件 Environmental Conditions of Use
◆ 环境温度:-5℃ ~40℃(户内式)-25℃ ~40℃(户外式);
◆ 相对湿度:≤ 95%(20℃);
◆ 相对月平均湿度:≤ 90%,在不同温度和湿度条件下,应注意防止设备运行时凝露;
◆ 海拔高度:≤ 2000m;
◆ 没有导电尘埃与足以能腐蚀金属和破坏绝缘的气体场所;
◆ 没有爆炸危险的场所;
◆ 没有剧烈震动和颠簸及垂直倾斜度不超过 5% 的场所;
◆ 当安装的某些电器元件未能符合上述工作条件时,则按该电器元件自身技术条件所规定的工作条件使用或由用户与制造单位协商解决。
◆ Ambient temperature: -5°C ~40°C (indoor type) -25°C ~40°C (outdoor type);
◆ Relative humidity: ≤ 95% (20°C);
◆ Relative monthly average humidity: ≤ 90%, under different temperature and humidity conditions, attention should be paid to prevent condensation during equipment operation;

◆ There is no place with severe vibration and jolting and vertical inclination not exceeding 5%;
◆ When some of the installed electrical components fail to meet the above working conditions, they shall be used according to the working conditions specified in the technical conditions of the electrical components themselves or resolved through negotiation between the user and the manufacturing unit.
◎ 使用及维护 Use and Maintenance
1. 低压配电箱全部装配齐全并经检验合格后装车运送。产品运抵目的地后,订货单位首先需要检查产品外观是否完好,型号规格是否正确,附件、备件及随机文件是否齐全。若不是立即安装使用,应把该产品存放在干燥清洁之处,以免温度及湿度骤然变化而影响产品性能。
2. 低压配电箱在一般情况下均挂墙安装,特别情况也可以嵌入墙内安装,并应固定好箱体。引入线、引出线经电缆桥架或埋设的电缆管接入或引出。如有特别要求时,引入线可由顶部经电缆孔引入。
3. 低压配电箱在拆除外包装物后即可进行安装。安装前根据箱体的外形安装尺寸预先埋设安装螺钉,螺钉和螺母由用户自备。
4. 低压配电箱在安装或检修后,在投入运行前须进行下列各项检查与试验:(检修后的检查与试验视其检修性质而定)
(1)检查箱面漆色是否有剥落情况,箱内是否清洁;
(2)检查箱内电器设备有无损坏或动作失灵的现象;
(3)用手操作开关是否灵活,有无合闸不到位或合不上闸的现象;
(4)检查测量电器和指示电器是否良好与正确;
(5)检查开关、断路器、接触器、熔断器、热继电器等电器之间的导线联接是否良好。
5. 装有漏电保护开关的回路,应根据漏电保护开关的使用要求定期进行试验检查。
1. The low-voltage distribution box is fully assembled and loaded and transported after passing the inspection. After the product arrives at the destination, the ordering unit first needs to check whether the appearance of the product is in good condition, whether the model specifications are correct, and whether the accessories, spare parts and random documents are complete. If the product is not installed immediately, it should be stored in a dry and clean place to avoid sudden changes in temperature and humidity that may affect the performance of the product.
2. The low-voltage distribution box is generally installed on the wall, and in special cases, it can also be embedded in the wall for installation, and the box should be fixed. Lead-in and lead-out wires are connected or exited through cable trays or buried cable pipes. If specifically requested, the lead-in wire can be introduced from the top through the cable hole.
3. The low-voltage distribution box can be installed after removing the outer packaging. Before installation, the installation screws are embedded in advance according to the shape and installation size of the box, and the screws and nuts are provided by the user.
4. After the installation or maintenance of the low-voltage distribution box, the following inspections and tests shall be carried out before it is put into operation: (the inspection and test after the maintenance depend on the nature of the maintenance)
(1) Check whether the paint color of the box is peeling off and whether the box is clean;
(2) Check whether the electrical equipment in the box is damaged or malfunctioning;
(3) Whether the switch is flexible to operate by hand, and whether there is a phenomenon that the closing is not in place or cannot be closed;
(4) Check whether the measuring appliances and indicating appliances are good and correct;
(5) Check whether the wire connection between switches, circuit breakers, contactors, fuses, thermal relays and other electrical appliances is good.
5. The circuit equipped with leakage protection switch should be tested and checked regularly according to the requirements of the leakage protection switch.
