KBSGZY-T Mine Flameproof Mobile Substation
This series of new products, the body is made of high-quality NOMEX@ insulation material made of non-encapsulated dry-type transformer. Its high and low voltage windings are long and round, and the high-voltage coil adopts the process of vertical winding of flat copper wires. It is impregnated with H-grade solvent-free paint by VPI vacuum pressure and cured at high temperature. So as to improve the mechanical strength of the coil and achieve the effect of reducing the size of the whole machine. The core is made of high permeability cold-rolled oriented (0.27-0.30) thin silicon steel sheet, the core column and the iron yoke are oblong cross-section, the core column without punching the full oblique 45° joint, the iron yoke is fastened with stainless steel pull plate and H200 compression belt, the structure is compact, and the no-load current and no-load loss are effectively reduced.
